The resources that helped or could help you along the way
I used Codecademy and through the HTML chapter guidance, I was able to make a website about bears. Granted the website is on Codecademy instead of its own entity. I was fun just learning about how you need to put your content within elements like “<p></p>”, to form a paragraph. I was able to add a photo and a video. I was able to do a bit of CSS and learned that this is how you style a website, I always thought you could do this in HTML. I will try to learn more on HTML and CSS on other platforms because this really interested me.
I think I could have used AI to ask some questions on certain elements and their functions. Like getting more understanding on why you have to use “/” to close an element.
What you’re most proud of about your work.
I wasn’t able to make my own product but I felt excited just being able to learn about HTML and just knowing that I can make my own website from scratch. It will take some time to learn the skill but it would be worth it in the end.
